  • What makes us different to other cleaning companies?
    To have a clean is great, but to have a luxury clean is amazing?! Why? We have thought of all the extra little luxuries that will make you and your home feel fabulous. We use essential oils, carpet deodorizers, air fresheners, linen sprays, bin fresheners and steam mopping.
  • How much is a clean?
    Our cleaning prices are based off size and quantity. We don’t charge by the hour as you can’t put a set time on how long something will take when you’re giving cleans that extra luxury and strong attention to detail. You can contact us via email or the request form to get a quote.
  • How do I book?

  • What services do we offer?
    General cleans Detailed cleans Deep cleans (not end of lease)
  • What services are not included?
    We don’t offer cleaning of animal waste, large rubbish removal, moving furniture, high reach areas (higher than 2 step ladder), cleaning of chandeliers/light bulbs, exterior windows and bio-hazards (mold, etc.)
  • Can I add extra tasks to my booking?
    Yes you sure can, we have a list of extra services that we can provide. Please note that these are an additional charge on top of your booking.
  • Do you offer end of lease/move in cleans?
    Generally we don’t do these type of cleans as we are wanting to provide a different type of service. However you can always reach out to us and ask and we will assess if it is a clean that we may take on.
  • What is the difference between general and deep cleaning?
    A deep clean is for first time customers or those who have not had any external cleaning services in over one month. General cleans are ongoing maintenance cleaning.
  • What areas do you service?
    We service the Sutherland Shire and Wollongong Areas in NSW, Australia.
  • What are your operating days and hours?
    We operate Tuesday through to Saturday from 7am to 5pm. Any bookings on Saturday's or public holidays incur a 50% additional fee on top of your booking.
  • FEES
    We do not charge any booking fees however if you book on a public holiday or a Saturday a fee will incur as staff need to be paid higher rates. Cancellation fees also apply.
  • CANCELLATION
    Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of your confirmed booking will be charged 50% of your booking cost.
  • Do you have insurance?
    Yes we have insurance, please contact us and we will send you all supporting documents.
  • Do you offer chemical free cleans?
    We sure do! If you prefer for us to do a chemical free clean please let us know in your booking.
  • Do you offer a guarantee?
    Yes we want you to be happy with the service provided. After we finish cleaning you can take a walk through and check everything before we leave. We will also send you a feedback request form once the clean is complete for you to fill in and leave any feedback. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the service you will need to contact us within a 24 hour period. We will then come and rectify the issue at no extra cost.
  • Do I need to be home when you come to clean the property?
    No you do not have to be at home. You can leave a key for us, please include this information in your booking.
  • Are your staff pet-friendly?
    We love animals and work with many clients who have pets, this is no issue for us.
